The birth of the Giorgio Marzani Bakery in 1965, at the foot of the Appennine in Reggio province, involved the Marzani family, whose roots lie in a tradition of master bakers that dates back over nearly a century.
The firm’s early years were devoted to making bakery products — bread, pizzas, pies, cakes, refined and tasty, and marketed in the country shop.
Around the 1980s, experience consolidated in bakery items enabled us to launch production of confectionery: biscuits and cakes of unmistakable fragrance and flavor.
Right from the start, the aroma and authenticity of our confectionery stem directly from insistence on the craftsmanship of our work and the fineness of the raw materials employed: the flour, sugar, eggs, all-vegetable margarine with no hydrogenated fats, and so on, all of top quality.
Over the years, the firm has made its mark, establishing relations in various parts of the world, Italy, Europe, America, Australia and elsewhere: client satisfaction has rewarded our priority in introducing only rigorously high quality and genuine products on the national and international markets.
